"Bluebeam PDF Revu" is an advanced professional studio for Adobe PDF documents.
It provides you with a streamlined production environment that helps you to gain full control over your PDF documents through countless exciting features.
You can create PDF documents directly from "Microsoft Word" or "AutoCAD" and then with a single mouse click on the "Bluebeam" toolbar you will have your document converted into a PDF document retaining all of its rich text format and design. After then the "Bluebeam PDF Revu" program will launch with your newly created PDF document opened to give you an access to the various program editing features such as file attachments, adding different components of forms (such as input text boxes, combo lists, radio, submit, reset buttons, etc) and changing the document's style.
You can draw lines and insert different stamps, images, symbols and much more thanks to the fantastic mark-up tool box.
If you are concerned with security, The program will offer you the ability to password protect your PDF document from reading or editing and you can add digital signature to your document so you can know if they have been changed later or not.
The built-in combine utility allows you to merge additional PDF files to your document.
A wonderful utility called "Stapler" is integrated into the product that allows you to bind different Microsoft Office documents together, images files with PDF documents in one place.
The program has a simple FTP client for publishing your files and an integrated web browser. |
